I am the President of a Home Owner’s Association in Charlotte, NC. Our 110 condo units are about 25 years old and always in need of some sort of repair on the outside and the inside.  We also have continual mold problems that are uncovered whenever there is a new water leak.  

We have been using Nick and his company for over 1 year now.  Nick has handled everything from plumbing, electric, drywall, painting inside and out, outdoor siding, roofing, decking, and general repairs.  When needed he has brought in licensed plumbers and electricians and managed the job.
